Avensure Client Support FAQs

It depends if you are already a registered client with Avensure. If you are then you should call us on 0800 100 8704. If you aren’t an existing client then you’ll need to contact us on 0800 470 0485.

Our customer data is stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Known as GDPR, it is a regulation of the European Union concerning the privacy of information and you can be sure your data is properly secured.

Our specialists consider your case and present a draft using suitable language. You can then review the draft before you issue any letters.

If you have any technical questions about our software you can contact us on our advice line number 0800 100 8704. If you require explicit guidance on handling the absence of an employee, use Option 1 and you can speak with our Employment Law Advice Team.

Avensure empowers you as the employer to chair hearings by providing bespoke advice and comprehensive support. We will give you the tools needed to chair hearings unaccompanied. If you ever need emergency assistance to deal with a situation we are only a quick phone call away.

You should contact an advisor at Avensure as soon as you become aware that there may be an issue. If you contact us early on there can be no harm in that. Leave it too late and you may begin to cause yourself a problem. If you’re unsure when to call us, call us anyway and we’ll gladly advise you on what to do.

Although it may appear like a normal way for an employee contract to come to an end it can actually be the birth of a host of problems. If you have an employee resign, whether it appears to be on good terms or not, seek advice from Avensure to protect yourself.

We cannot emphasise this enough. Don’t ignore it! There are stringent timeframes for these so you must make our Employment Law advice team or your lead Employment Law consultant aware without delay.
